NNC Launches Nationwide Youth Voter Registration Drive
The New Nigeria Coalition has mobilised 25,000 volunteers across all 36 states to register first-time voters ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The New Nigeria Coalition launched its nationwide youth voter registration drive on Monday, deploying 25,000 trained volunteers to local government areas across all 36 states and the FCT.
The initiative, branded 'My Vote, My Future,' targets 10 million new registrations before INEC's deadline, with a particular focus on university campuses, markets, and rural communities.
Campaign director Aisha Bello said the drive is already exceeding targets in Lagos, Kano, Anambra, and Rivers states. "Young Nigerians are hungry for change. Our job is to make sure their voices count."
